In the medical world of today, there are many arguments that the diet has an effect on acne say. Many doctors that the food we eat has an effect. It seems, however, try to say otherwise. Most people who suffer from acne will tell you that their skin worsens when they eat certain foods (like chocolate, curry or sugary snacks)
Why should it be? In the case of sugary foods, I think the problem is caused by a/ Spike hormone insulin, such as blood sugar causes excess insulin to be released. Eating foods like chocolate or drinking things like soda causes the level of blood sugar to peak, and thus more insulin is released. This causes your body to other hormones to maintain the balance and then your skin will feel to get the full effect. Hormonal changes are a major cause of acne.
To see the proof of my theory, we need only look to countries where a non-Western, "hunter-gatherers"The food is eaten. Acne is far from unheard of in these countries. However, in countries where a Western diet consists of refined carbohydrates, processed meats and snack cakes eaten Acne is a huge problem. Think for a moment and then will hit you - the diet has a huge effect on your skin! If this is not, then, in the West, because much more prone to acne? Or is acne, what defines us as the West? I think not!
Now that we havegot that in between, here are a few simple things that do not eat a low GI / low sugar diet to less processed meat --
* Do not eat rice instead of white rice. Brown rice takes a few more minutes, but is much healthier, contains more nutrients and do not send to a peak of mass of sugar in the blood.
* Do not eat potatoes - ever! Potatoes are one of the worst criminals in my eyes, as if they were only a store of carbohydrates, nothing more. Eat a potatoInsulin causes a peak mass in your system so that if you try to find a healthy alternative sweet potato (yes it sounds stupid, but sweet potato is actually healthier for you!)
* Replace white bread with whole wheat bread - white bread is like pure carbohydrates. They eat brown bread instead of, as far less developed and contains healthy grains and other nutrients.
* Do not eat bacon, ham, salami or sausage - all this meat is very elaborate and are simply unhealthy. TryConsumption of fish or chicken or beef, instead of (provided that they are not processed)
Changing your diet is simply one of the best homemade acne treatments around. Without a good diet, does not make sense to spend money on other acne treatments because they do not have a healthy body in order to apply for them!
